Payment terms

 

1. Registration & Payment:

The service is considered booked from the moment the registration form is sent to us via email or uploaded to our booking platform. The sports fee can be transferred to our account after the course or paid in cash on site.
Should a deposit be necessary, you will be informed in good time.

 

2. Cancellation:

• • • 10% starting 30 days after booking

    • 30 to 15 days before arrival: 30%

    • 14 to 8 days before arrival: 60%

    • From 7 days before the travel date: 80%

    • No-show: 100% of the total price

 

No-show occurs when you do not arrive at the agreed time or cancel the reservation. In this case, MitunS retains the right to the full price.

The cancellation must be made in writing immediately after the reason for cancellation arises.
In case of exclusion from the course for disciplinary reasons, the full price will be charged.

Should a student become ill before arrival and be unable to attend the course, we will not charge any fees. This only applies if a doctor's certificate is provided.

The outage must be reported immediately by telephone or email.

 

 

General

The sports agency ensures that the water sports courses are taught by authorized companies and their certified staff.

Good swimming skills are required and must be stated truthfully. The sports agency cannot verify these skills.

The parent/guardian confirms that the child possesses the basic physical and mental abilities necessary to participate in the chosen sports courses.
